import vrcsdk 3.0 > poiyomi shaders v6.1 > dynamic bones > package.

* the dissolve / toggles will not work properly with the wrong poiyomi, unless you know how to fix it manually then please use the poiyomi provided. his toggles are NOT mesh based, they rely on the dissolve function.
